Action 44 Hotel-Office, a Class A project that we built in Russia with modern architecture and advanced engineering systems, is located in a total area of 40 thousand square meters and close to the 1905 metro station.

Action 44 Hotel-Office project consisting of a Shell&Core office, hotel building, congress center, car parking area, restaurant, and cafes, has 15 floors in total: 3 floors of underground car parking, 11 floors of office space, and 4 floors for the hotel. The project has breathed new life into the office concept in Moscow and one of its most important features is its double facade. Thanks to a decorative cage made of plants that lines the exterior of the original facing, Action 44 residents can enjoy being close to nature while still being in the city. It is designed in compliance with the BREEAM standards, an environmentally friendly building certificate adopted by many countries around the world.
