Grand Tower

The Grand Tower, located in Moscow’s Krasnopresnenskaya district, is a 62-floor skyscraper. The Grand Tower, which is to be built on an area of 400 thousand square meters, is part of the Moscow International Business Center Moscow-City.

The Grand Tower will include both Class A offices and apartments, as well as conference halls, restaurants, boutiques and a Spa center on the underground floors.
The project, will have a parking lot for a total of 1,910 vehicles above and below ground, which will be enormously convenient for business.

The Grand Tower holds the title of the first skyscraper in Russia to be awarded the LEED “Gold” certificate for the entire building.
