Residential Complex D1

Our residential complex D1 project, located in the Timiryazevsky District of Moscow, consists of three skyscrapers with 23 and 59 floors, a landscaped courtyard, commercial infrastructure on the ground floors, a children’s development area, and a shopping center. Positioned as one of the tallest new buildings in the region with a height of 191 meters, our project offers users a panoramic view from its windows of the main sights of the capital. The project is supported by creative architectural and design solutions, and advanced access control technologies designed to create a full comfort area for its residents.
