Sochi Olympic Village

Sochi Olympic Village, one of our signature projects, attracts attention beyond being just a sport complex. The Olympic project covers a wide area including a highway, railway and seaway access plants, power plants, infrastructure plants and accommodation facilities. It contains a 3-star aparthotel and a 4-star hotel with 3,600 rooms, an administrative building, sport complexes, and social facilities over an area of 120,000 square meters. It consists of two big campuses 50 km apart, a section of which is the Krasnaya Polyana mountain sports area, an extension of the Caucasus and the other one is an indoor sports area on the shore of the Black Sea.
